How can I get a fob to enter the pool and playground areas?
HomeRiver manages all fob access for our community. The activation form is in the HomeOwner portal. It can be found under homeowner documents.
Renters should reach out to the homeowner and/or property manager regarding pool and playground access fobs. Not all renters are provided access to these spaces.
When are HOA meetings?
HOA meetings are typically once per month. Meetings are announced via email and posted at the mailboxes. Normal meetings are conducted via Zoom and links are emailed to homeowners the day of the meeting.
What is the schedule for trash and recycling?
In order to keep our community safe and sanitary, all trash and recycling bins must be stored in your garage!

Bins can be placed outside after 7pm the day before pickup, and must be taken in the same day as pickup.

Normal Trash Pickup: Monday and Thursday mornings.

Bulk Pickup: Thursdays

Recycling: Every other Wednesday, we are a Red week on the schedule.​
What landscaping is covered by the HOA?
The HOA contract covers mowing, irrigation, annual mulching, and plant trimming.
Please ensure your property is free of items that may obstruct mowing.
Failure to do so may result in your yard not being properly mowed.
What are the pool hours?
The pool and lanai space can be accessed from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
This is in line with City of Ocoee quiet hours. This is to respect the peace of houses adjacent to the pool area.
Can renters join HOA meetings?
No, HOA meetings are for homeowners only.
What are the parking rules?
Parking rules are strictly enforce in our community to protect the safety and peace of the community.

Street Parking is not allowed and sidewalks cannot be blocked. We need the full street for emergency vehicles to get through, and blocking sidewalks causes pedestrians to enter the roadway which is a safety concern.

Residents and guests may use community parking spots. However cars that appear inoperable or have expired tags will be towed. Please review the signage in the community parking.
Can I make changes to the exterior of my home?
Please submit any proposed changes such as security cameras, patio extensions, etc to the Architectural Review Committee through the homeowner portal. The homeowner is responsible for acquiring a licensed professional and all required permits.
