Greens at Forest Lake comes with a number of amazing amenities for residents to enjoy, with more planned in the year ahead!
Pool
Cabana and Lounges
With fob managed access to protect homeowner investment, our cabana patio space and pool include water fountain and bathroom access for residents.

Homeowners can activate their fob, or purchase new ones, via the HomeRiver portal (linked at the top of the page). Renters should speak with their homeowner to request access to the pool and patio area.
Playground
Tot Parks, Slides, Swings
Designed to help kiddos enjoy safe fun, our tot park playground is also managed via fob access, and requires push button release as well as safety latch lift in order to exit the area.

With a slide, climbing bars, swings, and benches for resting, this is a perfect space for kids to play!
Dog Parks
Small and Large Sections
Our dog park features an unleashing area with separate gates to both a small and large dog areas and is open from dawn to dusk (no earlier than 7am and no later than 9pm). Waste stations can be found in both parts of the park. Additionally, benches were provided for two legged park visitors!
Picnic Patio
Tables and Umbrellas
Our picnic patio, a wonderful addition made possible through community and grant funds, offers a welcoming space for gatherings and relaxation. Featuring several tables shaded by oversized umbrellas, it’s the perfect spot for families and friends to enjoy meals, socialize, and connect with nature.
West Orange Trail
Biking and Walking
The West Orange Bike Trail is a scenic and beloved pathway that winds its way from Lake County to Wekiva Springs. Stretching for miles, this trail offers a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. One of its standout features is that it crosses the entrance to our neighborhood, providing convenient access for active residents.
